Weekly Menu Plan 1/5/15

        


With having the kids swim in five days a week, Chris and I agreed that weeknights will be easy dinner nights and weekends we will spend more time in the kitchen until we find a groove of what day or days he can take them so I can stay home and cook or vice versa.  

Here is the menu for this week....

Monday:  Pulled Pork Tacos with rice and black beans

Tuesday: Family Dinner out for my birthday!

Wednesday: Portobello Mushroom Parmesan with steamed broccoli and quinoa

Thursday:  Chicken Curry with baby bok choy and rice noodles

Friday: Sausage wraps, fries, and salad

Saturday: Chicken Cutlet sandwiches with mixed veggies and linguine with oil & garlic

Sunday: Lasagna
